Nestled in the Colne Valley on the Suffolk border, Sylva’s pioneering distillery and maturation lab is where innovation meets craft. Maker Ben Branson has created a world-first distillation and maturation process — transforming British grain, fruit wood, and over 200 tree species into remarkable aged non-alcoholic spirits.
Sylva ORCHARD, the third release in this limited series, is crafted in small batches from British fruit wood and malted barley. The result is a beautifully layered spirit that’s fruit-forward and gently smoked, evoking slow days on the farm and that golden moment when harvest fades into autumn.
