I’m interested in an item that’s in the shop but isn't listed online. Can I still buy it?
Yes! You can email hello@madeheremb.com.ca and describe the item. Once we’ve pulled it off the shelf, we’ll contact you and take your payment information over the phone.
I have a physical gift certificate, can I use it towards my online purchase?
Yes. You’ll need to email hello@madeheremb.com and we will swap your physical gift card for an e-gift card within 24 hours.
If I’m in the area, can I pick up my order from the Made Here shop?
Yes. If you have ordered online, wait until you receive notice that your order is ready and come on by anytime between 10am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
What is your exchange/refund policy?
We do not issue refunds or exchanges. All products are on consignment from our vendors, so any quality or refund issues will need to be brought to that specific product’s vendor. For additional information, contact hello@madeheremb.com
What charity do you donate to?
A portion of the net proceeds of Made Here sales go to support local children's charities. This year, all proceeds will go directly to The Dream Factory to help make dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses.
