I’m interested in an item that’s in the shop but isn't listed online. Can I still buy it?
Yes! You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the item. Once we’ve pulled it off the shelf, we’ll contact you and take your payment information over the phone.
I have a physical gift certificate, can I use it towards my online purchase?
Yes. You’ll need to email email@example.com and we will swap your physical gift card for an e-gift card within 24 hours.
If I’m in the area, can I pick up my order from the Made Here shop?
Customers are not permitted in the shop at this time, but you can wait in the concourse and we will bring your order out to you. Please wear a mask, we’ll be wearing ours!
What is your exchange/refund policy?
We do not issue refunds or exchanges. All products are on consignment from our vendors, so any quality or refund issues will need to be brought to that specific product’s vendor. For additional information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
What percent of Made Here proceeds go to charity?
10% of all Made Here sales go to support local children's charities. This year, all proceeds will go directly to The Dream Factory to help make dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses.
