Ever made compound butter? It is so easy with this seasoning. Simply soften some butter, mix in some Land n’ Sea, and refrigerate. If you really want to get fancy, before you refrigerate, put the mixed butter on a small piece of parchment paper, form it into a log shape, roll it up in the parchment (gently roll it a little on your countertop to finesse the shape) and put the log into the fridge. Just before you serve your roasted veggies, potatoes, cooked fish or chicken, slice the compound butter log and top your hot food with beautiful coins of butter. Elegant and delicious!
