Who Are The Dream Makers?
For starters, the 24 local makers, including Coal & Canary, Harrison's Coffee, Charlie's Charmed, Canadian Birch Company, and more.
Of course, the magical team over at The Dream Factory will be making dreams happen, too! All advent calendar sales support The Dream Factory in their mission to make dreams come true for Manitoba kids with life-threatening illnesses.
That means the third Dream Maker is—drumroll, please...YOU!
Behind every door of this special advent calendar, you’ll find an awesome local present and a card that introduces you to a Dream Kid. Dream Kids are the ones whose dream you’re helping to bring to life when you support The Dream Factory.
Kids like Logan, who was diagnosed with a T-Cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoblastic Lymphoma when he was only 5 years old. He dreams of travelling to Disney World to meet Lightning McQueen!
You’ll also meet Dream Kids who have had a dream come true! Mya is fighting end-stage kidney disease, and she got the gaming computer of her dreams this summer. She picked out all the pieces so she can build it herself—how cool is that!

Even after a Dream Kid’s big dream has come true, The Dream Factory never ceases to show their support.
The Beyond Dreams program helps ensure Dream Families feel supported before and after their dream experience. This includes hosting birthdays or treatment milestone celebrations, providing families with grocery gift cards and holiday gifts, and regularly creating magical moments for Dream Kids right at home.
