Lincoln’s Dream
Meet Lincoln: an almost-four-year-old who is sweet as can be and incredibly hard working.
He helps his parents complete chores around the family horse farm everyday. From feeding the animals to cutting the grass to raking horse poo, Lincoln’s always eager to help.
Lincoln has Cystic Fibrosis, also known as CF. This fatal condition causes severe damage to the lungs, digestive system, and various organs throughout the body.
Despite daily physiotherapy, workouts, and medication, Lincoln lives a full and happy life. He loves to build replicas of farm equipment with his Lego—tractors are his favourite—and he is a huge Jurassic Park fan.
He also loves his RV. Back in 2019, The Dream Factory was able to work with Lincoln’s family to transform a full-sized charter bus into a private RV.
Because of his illness, traveling can be very dangerous for Lincoln. With this private bus, Lincoln can go on adventures without the risk of sharing air with other travellers. When it’s safe to do so, Lincoln’s family plans to embark on a dream road trip.
Traveling across the country means Lincoln will be able to visit his many, many family members—he has over 20 aunties and uncles who love him so much. He also hopes to see lots of animals during the trip...maybe even a few dinosaurs!
You Can Help Make Lincoln’s Dream Road Trip a Reality
Available now at Bridge Drive-In: Lincoln’s Lickety Split! This summery treat starts with a base of soft serve ice cream flavoured with fresh, Manitoba-sourced strawberries from St Leon Gardens. The ice cream is then topped with homemade saskatoon berry, blueberry, and strawberry toppings, and served with a banana, whip cream, and a cherry.

The net proceeds from Lincoln’s Lickety Split and the strawberry soft serve will be donated to help The Dream Factory make Lincoln’s dream come true! These treats are only available while supplies last, head down to BDI to order these dreamy treats before they’re gone.
